Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G starts getting August security updates

At Huawei Developer conference 2020, Huawei officially released EMUI 11. But, it takes some time to rollout. Although device recruitment for EMUI 11 beta is already started.

Alongside this, Nova 7 SE 5G started getting a new security update based on Android 10.1. Also, Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro 5G already get this security update earlier and now these models are selected for EMUI 11 beta.

  • Nova 7 SE 5G (CDY-AN00)
  • Nova 7 SE 5G (CDY-AN20)
  • Nova 7 SE 5G (CDY-TN00)
  • Nova 7 SE 5G (CDY-TN20)

Points to keep in mind before update:

  • The update will not erase any data.
  • Maintain enough storage and battery.
  • If possible, connect to Wifi to update fast.
