At Huawei Developer Conference 2020, Huawei didn’t disclose any information about the launch of the Huawei Mate 40 series. Yesterday, Richard Yu, Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO has left a message on related to the launch.
Richard Yu shared a message on Weibo. When asked about the launch of the Mate series flagship, he replied, “please wait, everything will arrive as scheduled”.
Richard is maybe pointing a promo poster coming from Weibo suggests that the Huawei Mate 40 series will be unveiled in October, followed by its sale. However, from a piece of previous information, the global sale of Huawei Mate 40 may be delayed until next year.
As usual, the Company launched the phone in China first and also, sell it first in China only. Huawei is prioritizing the Chinese users compared to global users. This factor will give an advantage in the booming Chinese smartphone market share.
