Redmi K40 devices are receiving MIUI 13 Public Beta upgrade

The popular Redmi K40 devices are MIUI 13 Public Beta update in China. This is a Recovery ROM update that is initially accessible only to Chinese consumers including Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Gaming devices. The update could be installed by the users via OTA and hence, it may take time in reaching all the units.

The Redmi K40 devices are receiving MIUI 13 Public Beta upgrade with a particular version. For Redmi K40 users in China, the update is available as V13.0.2.1.5.DEV that weighs up to 4.3GB. Whereas, Gaming users receive the update as V13.0.1.1.5.DEV has a package size of 4.4GB.
