New update and system improvements rolling out for Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro

Huawei Mate 40 series is Huawei’s 2020 annual high-end product series. This lineup includes four models and has advanced features as well as pre-installed EMUI 11. After the release, the company is periodically sending software updates for further improvements.

Now, Huawei has begun to send new software updates for the two models in the Mate 40 series, Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro. This update mainly improves the display and system to enhance the user experience.

As per the changelog, this software version optimizes the system stability, makes your device run more stable, and shows the effect, thereby improving the user interface.

Earlier this month, Huawei released the system parameters for the Mate 40 smartphone. The device supports the Honor of King game at 90 frames per second to provide smoother gameplay and lower screen input latency.

How to Check for Update:

Download via Settings:

Open Settings > then click on System & updates. After opening a Software update, tap on Check for updates option. If the update is available to download then click Download and install. And after installation Reboot the device.

Download via Support app:

Open the Support app on your device and then go to the Service tab. Click on the Update button and then tap on Check for update option. If the update is available then click on Download and install. After installation Reboot the device.
