Huawei Mate 30 Pro grabbing January 2021 security update [Global]

Back in September 2020, Huawei released its latest OS skin, EMUI 11, and simultaneously opens its beta testing for its eligible devices in China. However, the company enrolled the flagship smartphones in the first batch to test the EMUI 11 features.

The first batch of the devices includes Huawei P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, MatePad Pro, and MatePad Pro 5G.

Currently, Huawei has completed the EMUI 11 beta program for all devices, which was recruited in the first test in China and even the world. Talking about the latest custom OS features, it provides artistic AOD, super notepad, subtle AI, multi-window multitasking, and so on.

Now, Huawei has started to send a new software update to Mate 30 Pro users around the world, which installs the security patch released in January 2021. It fixes 4 critical levels, 1 medium level, and 25 advanced CVEs, thereby improving system security.

Last month, a January security update was released for Mate 30 Pro users in China, which can protect smartphones from threats.
