After the annual Huawei conference, Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group, published a summary of the event and expressed gratitude to Huawei consumers worldwide.
Richard said: “Thanks to you, support and help, we have strengthened our belief and worked hard to move forward. Our consumers are our best ambassadors.”
In addition, Richard said that HarmonyOS will create an unprecedented full-scene smart life for everyone. HarmonyOS can be used not only for smart screens and smart watches, but also for smart phones and more hardware devices.
HarmonyOS, introduced at the Huawei Developer Conference 2019, is an operating system developed by Huawei, which aims to provide a seamless cross-device user experience. After its release, HarmonyOS was initially launched as a smart screen smart TV.
At HDC 2020, Huawei has added platform support for HarmonyOS, including smartphones, tablets, smart watches, in-vehicle systems, and third-party IoT devices.
On January 23, at the Consumer Conference, Wang Chenglu, President of Huawei Consumer Business Software, also showed four real demonstrations of HarmonyOS and its wireless interconnection with supporting devices.
Huawei plans to launch a number of smart phones using HarmonyOS in 2021, and plans to install this OS in 300-400 million smart devices before the end of this year.
