So far, these 37 Huawei devices have been updated to EMUI 11 [Progress – December 2020]

In September, Huawei released the latest EMUI11 at the 2020 Huawei Developer Conference. This new mobile software brings many new features in its previous version and enhances the user experience with simple and better UI/UX.

After the announcement, Huawei also conducted beta tests on Huawei P40, Mate 30 and MatePad Pro series flagship smartphones and tablets, including China.

These devices can always maintain a beautiful display state on the notification bar, intelligent multi-window mode, new smooth animations and better animation effects. There are also functions based on distributed technology, such as multi-screen collaboration that establishes cross-device connections. Changes have also been made to some existing applications to improve their appearance and performance.

In late September, Huawei upgraded Nova 7, Nova 6, Honor 30 and V30 equipment and joined the beta test pool. Then, the company further expanded the application range of EMUI 11 to Huawei P30 and Mate 20 series devices.

In the second week of November, Huawei released the stable EMUI 11, which stopped the beta version of Huawei P40, Mate 30 and MatePad Pro series.

At the same time, on December 16, Huawei announced the recruitment of developers to test HarmonyOS 2.0 (Hongmeng OS 2.0) mobile Beta on qualified EMUI 11 devices.

In addition to Chinese equipment, Huawei has also begun to upgrade the global models of Huawei P40, Mate 30 and MatePad Pro. And tested EMUI 11 beta on Huawei P30, Mate 20 and Nova 5T smartphones.

In addition, Huawei has also released a roadmap to upgrade its global models in the first half and second half of 2021, and includes a series of equipment in the entire timetable.
