On December 23, 2020, Huawei launched the newest member of the Nova series – Nova 8 in China. The product lineup includes two models-Huawei Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro, and provides consumers with many new hardware and software features.

Huawei Nova 8 (8 + 128GB) = 3299 yuan ($505)
Huawei Nova 8 (8 + 256GB) = 3699 yuan (566 US dollars)
Huawei Nova 8 Pro (8 + 128GB) = 3999 yuan ($612)
Huawei Nova 8 Pro (8 + 256GB) = 4399 yuan ($673)
Speaking of their features, Huawei Nova 8 Pro is equipped with a 6.72-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution, 10-bit color depth, HDR 10, 80-degree ultra-curved edges, pill-style punching, and can accommodate two selfie cameras. It is also the first Huawei device with a 120 Hz refresh rate for the best graphics performance.
Huawei Nova 8 and 8 Pro use a 64MP quad camera system with a brand-new camera design that can take high-quality photos as well as ultra-wide angle, macro and portrait. On the front, the Nova 8 Pro combines a 32MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 16MP main camera, while the standard version is equipped with a 32MP selfie camera.
Compared with Nova 8 Pro, the standard version has a 6.57-inch display with FHD+ resolution, single-hole punching, curved edge display, 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
